Your display name and photo — how you appear to teammates in assignments and notes.

Reply Timing

How long the AI waits after a student’s message before replying, on WhatsApp and Messenger. A short pause makes the assistant feel less robotic and lets it answer a burst of quick messages in one go. Options range from no wait (instant) up to about ten seconds.

A wait of two to four seconds is a good default. It does not apply to the website widget, where students expect an instant reply.

Global Time Range

The default time filter applied across the dashboard — Overview, analytics and every data tab. Set it to whatever window you think in day to day (often last 30 days). You can still change the range on any individual screen.

Security

Change your dashboard password here. You will need your current password to set a new one.
