Money
Finance
The ledger side of your agency: what universities owe you, what your students owe you, and a running record of income and expenses. All amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka.
The summary cards
- Owed to you
- Commissions from universities that are confirmed but not yet received.
- Settled to date
- Commissions you have actually collected.
- Collection rate
- The share of what you were owed that you have managed to collect.
Receivable
The commission ledger. Each row is a commission tied to an enrolled student, with its amount and a settlement status. Some rows are created automatically when an offer is accepted; you can also add one manually with a note (for example a negotiated intake bonus). Mark a commission settled when the money arrives.
Invoices
Invoices you raise to students — service fees, application fees, deposits. Each invoice records its type, total, amount paid and outstanding balance. Record part payments as they come in; the balance updates.
Income & Expenses
A straightforward book of what came in and what went out, so you can see your agency’s cash position without exporting to a spreadsheet. Add entries as they happen and categorise them.
Finance vs Business
This is not your AbroadMate bill
Finance is about your agency’s money with students and universities. What you pay AbroadMate is on the Billing screen.
