Billing

Everything about what your agency pays AbroadMate: your current plan, your credit balance, and your invoice history.

How billing works

AbroadMate is prepaid. Each billing cycle you receive an allowance of credits that the AI draws on as it works — answering messages, qualifying leads and so on. You pay for the cycle’s invoice, and the credits for that cycle are released to you.

Plan
Your package. It sets how many credits you get each cycle and which features are unlocked. Plans are defined by AbroadMate; you can ask to change plan at any time.
Credits
The unit of AI usage. Your balance and recent consumption are shown on this screen.
Billing cycle
A monthly window. Each cycle has its own invoice with its own frozen price and credit amount.
Rollover
Unused credits can carry into the next cycle, but they expire after a grace period — they are not banked forever.

When billing starts

Billing only begins once AbroadMate activates it for your account, typically at the end of onboarding. Before that, nothing is charged and you will not see billing messages.

What happens if an invoice is not paid

If you reach a zero credit balance and have an unpaid invoice, the AI stops replying until the invoice is settled. Your data, your Inbox and your CRM are all unaffected — only the automated replies pause. Clear the invoice and the AI resumes.

Invoices

The Invoices section lists every invoice with its status (paid, due, overdue), amount and cycle dates. Each invoice keeps the plan name and price that applied when it was issued, so a later plan change never rewrites your history. Open the full Invoice history for the complete record and to filter by status.

Billing details

The Billing details section shows your current plan, your next cycle date and your balance. To change plan, upgrade, or ask a billing question, contact Support.
