The dashboard
Overview
The first screen after you log in. It answers one question at a glance: is the AI doing its job today?
What it is for
Overview is a read-only summary. You do not manage anything here — you check the health of your setup, spot a problem early, and decide where to look next. Most people leave it open in a tab during the working day.
The time range
Everything on the page respects the time range selected in the dashboard header — last 24 hours, last 7 days, last 30 days, and so on. Change it and every number and chart updates. Your default range is set in Settings.
The four metric cards
- Total Students
- How many distinct students have chatted with your agent in the selected range.
- Student Messages
- The number of messages students have sent in. Replies from the AI are not counted here.
- Total AI Responses
- How many replies the assistant has produced in the range.
- Avg Response Time
- How quickly, on average, a student gets an answer. With the AI running this is usually a few seconds.
Lead outcomes
A breakdown of the students qualified in the range by temperature — hot, warm and cold — with the count and share of each. This is the quickest read on the quality of your incoming traffic. A healthy mix has a visible hot and warm segment; if almost everything is cold, your marketing may be reaching the wrong audience.
The charts
Messages Over Time
Message volume plotted across the range. Use it to see your busy hours and days, and to confirm the AI is picking up out-of-hours traffic.
Messages by Channel
The same volume split by WhatsApp, Messenger, website and so on. Useful when deciding which channel deserves more of your marketing budget.
All Feedback
When a student rates an AI answer, that rating shows up here with the message it refers to. Skim it regularly: a run of poor ratings on the same topic is a strong signal to add or fix something in the Knowledge Base.
