Playground

A private chat with your own assistant. Nothing here is visible to students. It is the right place to test knowledge, tone and behaviour.

How to use it

Type as if you were a prospective student and see how the agent responds. Ask the real questions — the vague ones, the demanding ones, the ones in Bangla. When an answer is weak, open the Knowledge Base in another tab, fix it, and ask again.

You can keep multiple test conversations, name them, and delete them when you are done. You can also attach an image or a document to a message to test how the agent handles a transcript or a passport photo.

The Live tools switch

By default the Playground is completely sealed off — the agent talks, but it does not touch your real data. The Live tools switch changes that: with it on, the agent can actually create a lead, book a task and so on, exactly as it would in a real conversation.

Live tools writes to your real account

Turn it on only when you are specifically testing those actions. Any test students, contacts or leads it creates are marked as test data and cleared automatically after seven days. The switch is per-session — it never stays on.

What the Playground is not

  • It is not connected to any channel — students cannot reach it.
  • Test conversations do not appear in your Inbox.
  • It is not a place to handle real enquiries — use the Inbox for that.
Make Playground testing a habit after every Knowledge Base change. Two minutes here saves an awkward answer to a real student later.
