How to fill it in

Write in your own words. It doesn’t need to be polished — write it the way you would explain it to a student on the phone. We’ll do the tidying.
Be careful with numbers. Fees, percentages and day counts — the AI repeats them word for word. One wrong figure is one wrong quote.
Leave blank what you don’t know or don’t offer. A blank means the AI won’t talk about it and will hand over to a person — far better than wrong information.
Setup can’t start without the fields marked “Required”. Everything else can be added later.
